Hella Studio provides a web-based platform for video post-production management, including project tracking, review and feedback tools, scheduling, invoicing, and related collaboration services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York state.
